Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a pin itself, to facilitate manufacturing and to implement high strength, by forming a stretch of a large diameter part in the longitudinal direction at the base end part of the pin, using the base end part as a positioning part, which determines a position with respect to a circuit body, and using the tip end part of the pin as a determining part, which determines an inserting depth into a metal mold. CONSTITUTION:A stretch of a large diameter part 5 is formed in the longitudinal direction of a pin at the base end part of the pin 4, which is embedded and held in a board 1. The base end part of the large diameter part 5 of the pin is used as a positioning part 6, which determines a position with respect to a circuit body 3. The tip end part of the large diameter part 5 of the pin is used as a depth determining part 8, which determines the inserting depth into a metal mold 7. Thus, the structure of the pin 4 itself is simplified, the manufacturing of the pin is made easy and the strength of the pin can be enhanced. The pulling strength of the pin 4 from the board 1 can be enhanced to a large extent.
