Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently suck and drain surplus water and to improve quality of concrete by a method wherein a filtering material, such as a choking preventing material, arranged in a vibration cylinder on the tip side of a vibration part is exposed in concrete through the opening part of the vibration cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A filter medium 5, such as a choking preventing material formed of non-woven cloth, is contained in a vibration cylinder 1 on the tip side of a vibration part 2 consisting of an eccentric weight, and the filter medium 5 is exposed in concrete through an opening part 1a opened to the vibration cylinder 1 at the periphery thereof. The vibration cylinder 1 is inserted in concrete under placing, and through drive of an electric motor 3, vibration is effected by the vibration part 2 and through actuation of a vacuum, surplus water is sucked in the filter medium 5 and a filter medium 7 arranged in a water flow passage 6 through the opening part in the concrete and drained to an external part through the water flow passage 6 and the drain passage 8.
