PURPOSE:To connect a video camera and a monitor TV only with one coaxial cable by superposing and transmitting a video signal, a control signal and a direct current power source to the coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION:A video signal due to a video photographed by video cameras 12a and 22a, and a sound signal due to voice picked up by microphones 12d and 22d are modulated to the VHF wave of an idle channel and outputted from output terminals 12g and 22g to coaxial cables 17 and 27. A photodetecting signal of an infrared ray light photodetected by infrared ray signal light- receiving parts 12e and 22e is superposed on the output signal of modulators 12f and 22f and outputted as a control signal.
