The output terminal 32 of the second voltage controlled amplifier 3 is connected to the negative phase input 42 of the second operational amplifier 4 by a resistor R5. And the control terminal 13 of the first voltage controlled amplifier 1 and the control terminal 33 of the second voltage controlled amplifier 3 are connected to the control part of a microcomputer, etc., and a control voltage is applied on them so as to set them at the same output levels. Thus, connection is performed so as to negate the distortion component of the signal generated at the first voltage controlled amplifier 1.
