Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the following property of a coated film to a soft resin coated part and avoid the same from generating cracking in the coated film when a stress is applied thereon, by a method wherein the coated film of an injection molded form is formed by a specified moisture-curing urethane coating. CONSTITUTION:An injection molded form consists of a resin insert 1, a soft resin coated part 2 and a coating film 4 for finishing the coated part. The insert 1 is made of polyolefin and the soft resin coated part 2 is formed by styrene thermoplastic elastomer composition, constituted of the base of styrene, ethylene, butylene or styrene block copolymer prepared by a softening agent so as to have the hardness of Hs(JISA) 20-50. Further, the coated film 4 is formed by moisture-curing urethane coating, in which hard and soft type polyester isocyanate prepolymers having the number-average mol.wt. of 4,200-4,700 and 5,000-5,500 are mixed in the ratio of former/latter=5/95-30/70 (weight ratio). As a result, cracking will never be initiated in the coating film 4 when a stress is applied thereon.
