PURPOSE: To prevent visibility of a bent part of a rear exhaust pipe for equalizing the length of front to rear exhaust pipes by bending the rear exhaust pipe extending to the rear of a car body so that it is almost U-shaped seen from the top under an exhaust chamber.
CONSTITUTION: In a motorcycle, an exhaust system 20 has an upper muffler 21 and a lower muffler 22 located vertically and an exhaust chamber 23 closer to a car body in the car width direction than the mufflers 21 and 22. A rear exhaust pipe 26 is extended toward the rear of the car body from an exhaust hole of a rear cylinder, and its extended end is led to under the exhaust chamber 26. In order to equalize the length equal to that of a front exhaust pipe 25, the rear exhaust pipe 26 is bent toward front under the exhaust chamber 23, and its bent end is connected to the upper muffler 21. By this, a bent part 60 of the rear exhaust pipe 26 is located under the car body, and its upper face is covered by the exhaust chamber 23. Thus, the bent part 50 is prevented from being seen, and appearance of the motorcycle is improved.
