し２９……誘電体、３１ないし３３……一方のコ
ンデンサ電極、３８，３９，４１……他方のコン
デンサ電極、３４，３５……バイアホール、３６
，３７……導電体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数枚の基板を層状に積み重ねて構成され、積
    み重ねられた基板内部の適所に誘電体が挿入され
    るとともに、前記基板の積み重ね方向における前
    記誘電体の両側に対向して一対のコンデンサ電極
    が形成されているコンデンサ内蔵積層基板におい
    て、 各基板の積み重ね方向には、その内部に導電体
    を設けられたバイアホールが形成されるとともに
    、前記バイアホールの奥側には、前記一対のコン
    デンサ電極の内の少なくとも一方のコンデンサ電
    極が埋設コンデンサ電極として前記導電体に接続
    される状態で形成されており、 一方、基板表面には、前記導電体を介して前記
    埋設コンデンサ電極どうしあるいはその埋設コン
    デンサ電極と基板表面側コンデンサ電極とを接続
    する接続パターンが形成されており、 前記接続パターンの接続関係を変更することに
    より、前記誘電体と前記コンデンサ電極とで構成
    されたコンデンサの容量値を可変にされているこ
    とを特徴とするコンデンサ内蔵積層基板。
