Abstract
PURPOSE:To extend the range of variable delivery by arranging a 2nd bypass passage at a location nearer to an outlet side than to a bypass passage of a working chamber thereby performing opening and closing by means of an adjustment valve having a smaller valve opening pressure than that of a control valve. CONSTITUTION:A pressure take-in port 50 opens at a position, on a front plate 3 constituting a working chamber 9, located nearer to an outlet 18 side than to an opening portion of a bypass passage 24. The pressure take-in port 50 is connected to a suction chamber 12 via a 2nd bypass passage 51 independent of a bypass passage 30. The 2nd bypass passage 51 is opened or closed with a 2nd pressure regulator 52 having a smaller valve opening pressure than that of a pressure regulator 31. As a result, even if a pressure in a low pressure chamber lowers after the bypass passage is widely opened, the 2nd bypass passage opens so that the range of variable delivery of fluid discharged from the outlet can be extended.
