PURPOSE:To prevent a camera-shake and to actuate a flash light emission device so as to photograph by setting a diaphragm so that the position of an object is in the depth of field, obtaining a set shutter second, comparing the said second with a camera-shake limit second and attenuating a diaphragm driving circuit or actuating a flash light emission circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a camera is released, a set diaphragm value signal 6, where the position of the object is within the range of the depth of the field, is obtained and inputted in a control circuit 19 so as to set the diaphragm in the said diaphragm value. Meanwhile, a set shutter second signal 42 is outputted from a second arithmetic circuit 41 and inputted in a comparator 46. When the set second signal 42 is larger, an output is given to the diaphragm driving circuit with a camera-shake limit second signal 44 so as to close the aperture of a lens. When a flash light emission signal 48 is inputted in an AND circuit 38 and a signal for closing the aperture of the lens is outputted, the flash light emission device 34 is actuated. Thus, photographing can be executed within the camera-shake limit second and the flash light emission device can be actuated so as to obtain proper exposure in need.
