食品を収容する被加熱槽を載置固定した電気鍋に
おいて、被加熱槽１とシーズヒーター３とを、上
記被加熱槽１の底面と略相似形で且つこれより一
回り小さく形成されたアルミニユウム又はアルミ
合金製の熱拡散プレート２を介して接触させると
共に、上記シーズヒーター３を熱拡散プレート２
の下面に形成した凹陥部２０に嵌め込み、該シー
