Furthermore, when it is necessary to stretch the sheet material when assembling a tented structure, etc., it is necessary to install the sheet material so that it conforms to the predetermined shape of the ground surface, excavation surface, etc. , it is possible to fix the sheet material to a predetermined location such as the ground simply, quickly and reliably, and without causing any damage to any part of the sheet material (for example, drilling a fixing hole). Regarding a sheet material fixing device.

When it is necessary to cover the excavated surface to prevent water leakage and peeling, and when it is necessary to stretch sheet material when assembling a tent structure, etc. When the sheet material is attached to a predetermined shape of the ground surface, excavated surface, etc., the sheet material must be firmly fixed to a predetermined location such as the ground or a frame.

Particularly, when covering the earth's surface, such as the slope, sandbags have been piled up at necessary areas such as the periphery of the sheet material.

とができなかつた。 However, in the case of the former fixing method that uses fixing holes, the fixed part of the sheet material is limited to the position of the fixing hole, and therefore external forces are applied to specific parts of the sheet material. Even when external force acts intensively, it is impossible to fix the part finely and distribute the external force evenly.
Furthermore, since the fixed portion is limited, external force always acts only on the fixing holes, and as a result, tears are likely to occur through the holes, shortening the life of the sheet material. In particular, when external forces act intensively as described above, the lifespan is significantly shortened. Note that the hole is usually reinforced with a reinforcing ring, but since excessive force is often applied to the reinforcing ring, the reinforcing ring and the hole are likely to separate, and the reinforcement The ring often did not fulfill its function. Furthermore, since the sheet material had to undergo special processing to form fixing holes, this also led to an increase in the manufacturing cost of the sheet material. Moreover, conventional sheet materials with fixing holes formed in this way,
Since the size of the sheet material has been standardized, it is less convenient to use, and since the sheet material can only be fixed to the peripheral area, it is difficult to use, for example, in a trench dug in the ground (for example, used as a temporary channel). )
Furthermore, even if it is desired to lay a sheet material in accordance with the shape of the groove surface, such a request cannot be met.

る。 However, in order to use the sheet material fixing device 1 of the present invention to fix the sheet material 5 to a predetermined portion 7 of the covering portion 6, which is, for example, the slope of a construction site, first the first fitting body 2 is attached to the predetermined portion 7. Attach to. At the time of attachment, as shown in FIG.
The ends of a binding member 31, such as a wire, which is inserted through the through holes 20, 20 formed in the bottom, are bound. Note that the binding member 31 may be wound around the bottom plate 9 in the groove portion 19 without being inserted through the through holes 20 , 20 . Thereafter, the sheet material 5 is spread over the first fitted body 2 attached in this way, and as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. It can be firmly fixed to a predetermined portion 7 (as shown in FIG. 6). Therefore, the sheet material 5 can be fixed to the slope of the construction not only at the peripheral edge but also at any part thereof, so that the sheet material 5 can be fixed in accordance with the shape of the slope. Moreover, the fixed state can be maintained. Therefore, the slope can be reliably protected from heavy rain, flooding, etc. In addition, each second line installed in a straight line
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 6, the holding rope 33 is inserted into the groove 28 of the locking portion 26 of the fitting bodies 3, 3..., and its end is fixed to the ground, etc. By this, the sheet material 5 can be evenly pressed against the covering part 6 via the pressing rope 33,
The sheet material 5 can be made more stable. Further, as mentioned above, the outer locking piece 10 and the inner locking piece 1 of the first fitting body 2
3. End surfaces 10S and 13 on one end side of the auxiliary locking piece 16
S, 16S, and the outer engaging piece 2 of the second fitting body 3
3. Since the end surfaces 23S, 25S, and 27S on the other end side of the inner engaging piece 25 and the auxiliary engaging piece 27 are formed as inclined surfaces, that is, they are rounded, the fifth
As shown by the dashed line in the figure, the first fitted body 2 and the second fitted body 3 can be smoothly fitted. Further, in this embodiment, the first fitting body 2
is also provided with an auxiliary locking part 17,
Further, since the second fitting body 3 is provided with an auxiliary locking groove 29 that fits into the auxiliary locking portion 17, the sheet material 5 can be inserted only between the locking portion 26 and the locking groove 14. The sheet material 5 is also sandwiched between the auxiliary locking portion 17 and the auxiliary locking groove 29, so that the sheet material 5 can be fixed to the predetermined portion 7 of the covering portion 6 in a more stable state.

Locking pieces 36, 36 which are inclined inwardly and diagonally downward are provided on both side edges of the upper plate 35 to form a dovetail-shaped locking groove 37 whose groove width becomes narrower from one end to the other end. It becomes. Note that the lower edges of both the locking pieces 36, 36 are bent outward in an arc shape to prevent damage to the sheet material 5. On the other hand, the second fitting body 3 has engaging pieces 40, 40 that engage with each of the locking pieces 36, 36 on the inner side of each of the locking pieces 36, 40 erected on both side edges of the bottom plate 39, which has a substantially trapezoidal plate shape. A locking portion 41 that substantially matches the groove 37 is formed. Note that the base end portion of an anchor bolt 42 is fixed to a substantially central portion of the bottom plate 39.

and the second fitted body 3 attached in this way is covered with a sheet material 5, and the first fitted body 2 and the second fitted body 3 are covered with the sheet material 5. When these are sandwiched and fitted together, the sheet material 5 is fixed to the predetermined portion 7 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9.
Therefore, it becomes possible to fix the sheet material 5 in accordance with the shape of the excavated surface, and maintain the fixed state. Therefore, leakage and peeling of the excavated surface of tunnels and underground passages can be reliably prevented, and the work of placing concrete lining can be carried out without any hindrance.

This makes it possible to evenly distribute external forces across the sheet material. In addition, even if the sheet material is used repeatedly, the fixed part can be changed freely each time.
It is possible to prevent damage to the sheet material due to cracks in the fixed part, etc., and extend the life of the sheet material. Furthermore, the sheet material fixing device of the present invention does not care about the size of the sheet material or the presence or absence of fixing holes, so the size is standardized and does not require special processing such as providing fixing holes. It is not necessary to use ready-made sheet materials, and for the various uses mentioned above,
This means that an inexpensive sheet material that has not been subjected to such processing can be used. In the sheet material fixing device of the present invention, the shape of the opposing inner wall surface of the fixing groove of the first fitting body is such that the first fitting body can easily and reliably fit into the second fitting body by sandwiching the sheet material. Set as much as possible. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the locking portion 47 of the second fitting body 3 may be formed into a trapezoidal shape as shown in FIG. It may also be provided on the locking portion 47. Furthermore, the shape of the locking groove 50 of the first fitting body 2 may be formed into a dovetail groove shape as shown in FIG. 12 or a dovetail groove shape as shown in FIG. 13. .
In FIG. 12, 51 is a hole provided in the second fitting body 3 for attachment, and 52 is a hole used for inserting a presser rope.
