[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to an improvement of a grounding device.
If the soil in which the grounding rod is buried is a strong electrolyte, the grounding rod will be electrochemically corroded and the grounding resistance will increase over time.

For this reason, the present applicant buried a perforated pipe near the buried grounding rod, and housed the sacrificial anode for the grounding rod in the perforated pipe so that it could be inserted and removed. It has already been proposed to replace it (Utility Application No. 153724, 1983).

However, in this device, there is a material with relatively high electrical resistance, such as a perforated plastic tube, between the ground rod and the sacrificial anode, so the galvanic protection effect on the ground rod is not complete. On the other hand, if the perforated tube is a highly conductive perforated metal tube, corrosion of the perforated tube becomes a problem.

The grounding device according to the present invention was devised in view of the above-mentioned points, and is a permeable pipe made of one of concrete pipes, asbestos pipes, or perforated plastic pipes, which is buried in a hole in a manhole wall. A grounding rod and a sacrificial anode rod are housed inside the pipe in a row in the longitudinal direction of the pipe with a predetermined spacing between the two rods by a spacer and electrically connected to each other by a lead wire, The permeable pipe is filled with a water-trapping material for maintaining a water-containing state, and its head is sealed from the outside air by a water stop plate for closing the perforation provided in the perforation part of the manhole wall. The configuration is as follows.

以下、図面により本考案を説明する。 The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

A permeable pipe (made of one of concrete pipes, asbestos pipes, or perforated plastic pipes) that is driven into the soil, with a conical concrete block at the end to facilitate driving if necessary. 31 is installed. 4 is a grounding rod (copper rod) housed in the highly permeable pipe 3, 5 is a sacrificial anode rod (magnesium anode rod) for the grounding rod 4, and these are separated at a constant interval by spacers 6,... ing. 7 is a lead wire, and the ground rod 4 and the sacrificial anode rod 5 are electrically connected by this lead wire 7. 8 is a water-catching material filled in the highly permeable pipe 3, such as bentonite. Reference numeral 10 denotes a water stop plate that closes the perforation 2, and is attached to the manhole wall 11 through packing 101 with bolts 102, . . . . The lead wire 7 is drawn out from the water stop plate 10.

The grounding device according to the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and the water-catching material is filled in a water-permeable pipe, such as a concrete pipe, in which the grounding rod is housed, so as to be sealed from the outside air in the manhole. It is possible to prevent water contained in the pipe wall from escaping, and it is possible to keep the pipe wall always in a water-containing state with low resistance. Therefore, a predetermined low grounding resistance can be achieved despite the presence of the grounding rod within the concrete pipe. In addition, the sacrificial anode rods and the ground rod are housed in the water-permeable pipe in a row with a predetermined distance between the two rods via a spacer, and the two rods are electrically connected by a lead wire. The sacrificial anode rod can completely protect the ground rod from corrosion, and the above-mentioned low resistance can be safely maintained even if the soil is a strong electrolyte.
