Claims (1)
- 回転軸側に担持した回転環と後筐側に担持した
固定環を気密的に摺動して軸封するメカニカルシ
ールの固定環において、上記機筐の内周と固定環
の外周間にＶパツキンを介装して気密保持すると
ともに、該Ｖパツキンの外側に、外周又は内周に
軸方向に連続するスリツト、或いは肉厚内に軸方
向に貫通する小孔からなる圧抜き構造を形成した
合成ゴム等の弾性体リングを介して、該弾性体リ
ングを上記Ｖパツキン方向に押圧担持する押え環
を取付けてなり、該弾性体リングにより上記Ｖパ
ツキンに余圧を加えてなることを特徴とするメカ
ニカルシールの固定環構造。
