Claims (1)
- 透過ガスの流出口を側部に有する筒と、該筒の
端部開口部を密閉するための側板と、該側板に設
けられた凹状孔を有しその芯部に貫通孔を有する
多数の凹状治具と、該凹状治具に側板の外部側か
ら挿入された先端部に突起部を有しその芯部に貫
通孔を有する凸状治具と、前記凹状治具と凸状治
具の貫通孔にその端部を挿入した状態で前記の筒
の中に収納され、且つ前記の凹状治具の凹状孔に
装着されたＯリングを介して端部が緊密に固定支
持された多数の多孔質材料管からなるガス分離モ
ジユール。
