Claims (1)
- 筒状ケース内に中空糸膜束を収容し、筒状ケー
ス内両端部に中空糸膜束とケースとの間をシール
せる隔壁を設け、隔壁間を加圧室とし、加圧室一
端のケース壁に被処理流体入口を、加圧室他端の
ケース壁に被処理流体出口をそれぞれ設けた膜モ
ジユールにおいて、被処理流体入口側の中空糸膜
束を分割し、各分割束に被処理流体入口を直下に
またがる長さの剛性管を装着し、該剛性管を加圧
室一端側の隔壁に固定したことを特徴とする中空
糸膜モジユール。
