Among these skin-covering compositions containing a film agent, a humectant, a lower alcohol, and water, a general method for producing a jelly-type composition is to first mix a moisturizer with purified water, and then apply a film such as polyvinyl alcohol. Add a thickener such as sodium carboxymethylcellulose or other thickeners if necessary.
The method used is to heat, mix, and dissolve, then add a solution of fragrance, preservative, solubilizer, etc. in lower alcohol such as ethanol, mix, and cool. Furthermore, an aqueous solution consisting of lower alcohol, water, fragrance, solubilizer, preservative, various nutrients, etc., and a viscous aqueous solution containing film agent, thickener, lower alcohol, humectant, etc. were prepared respectively. A method has also been proposed in which a jelly-type composition is obtained by gradually mixing a rainwater solution at room temperature.

In the case of paste-type compositions, they are usually manufactured according to the general manufacturing method for the above-mentioned jelly-type compositions, and powder is added before adding the coating agent, and if necessary, oil is added in the final process. Addition is made. This paste type composition can be produced by preparing an aqueous coating agent solution in advance and adding and mixing powder, oil, etc. to this aqueous solution, or adding powder to the aqueous coating agent solution as a powder dispersion. A method (Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-40746) has also been proposed.

However, when producing such jelly-like or paste-like skin-covering compositions, water-soluble polymer compounds are often used as coating agents and thickeners, but these water-soluble polymer compounds have a negative effect on the particles themselves. Since it dissolves extremely quickly, it is easy to form adhesive aggregates of particles called clumps or clumps when entering any of the above manufacturing methods. When these lumps and lumps are formed, the penetration of water into the lumps and lumps is significantly inhibited, and it takes a long time for the particles to dissolve in the aqueous solution, causing inconvenience in the production of the composition.

Therefore, in order to prevent the formation of lumps and lumps, in the manufacturing process of a jelly-like or paste-like skin coating composition,
(1) Pour the coating agent into the aqueous solution while stirring vigorously near the surface of the water; (2) Mix well with the coating agent in advance using other powder raw materials (e.g. kaolin, titanium oxide, etc.) so that the particles of the coating agent are mixed together. In addition to preventing the aggregation of the powder, a method has been proposed in which this powder mixture is added to an aqueous solution in the same manner as in (1) above. In the composition to be used in combination, (3) a method is adopted in which the coating agent is pre-wetted with a portion of the lower alcohol, then poured into stirring water in the same manner as in (1) above, heated, mixed, and dissolved. Therefore, if the coating agent is dissolved in an aqueous solution using these methods, the formation of lumps and lumps can be largely prevented.

However, another problem with the method for producing the jelly-like or paste-like skin coating composition described above is that when a film agent such as a water-soluble polymer compound is added to and dissolved in an aqueous solution, the film agent itself swells with water. Due to dissolution, the viscosity of the aqueous solution increases during the charging process, making it difficult to add the coating agent. Therefore, it is necessary to finish adding the coating agent before the viscosity increases significantly. This problem arises when the addition of the coating agent to the aqueous solution is completed in a very short period of time in relatively small-scale production, or when the amount of coating agent or thickener added is small.
If it is sufficient to prepare an aqueous solution with a relatively low viscosity, no particular problem arises, and the aqueous solution containing the film side can be prepared by using an appropriate high-viscosity compounding device. However, when it is necessary to prepare a high-viscosity film-side containing aqueous solution containing a large amount of 10% by weight or more, or when it takes time to add the film agent in relatively large-scale production, the above (1) ~(
Even if method 3) is adopted or even if cooling water is used,
The viscosity of the aqueous solution increases in the later stages of addition to the coating side, making it extremely difficult to add and mix the coating agent even if a high viscosity compounding device is used.

In this case, in order to solve this difficulty in adding the coating agent, if a method is adopted in which a large amount of the coating agent is added at once in order to speed up the addition speed of the coating agent, lumps and lumps are likely to form as described above. Become. On the other hand, in order to prevent the formation of lumps and lumps, increasing the dispersibility of the coating agent by increasing the stirring power of the aqueous solution when adding the coating agent will promote swelling and dissolution of the coating agent in water.
It becomes difficult to add and mix the coating agent in the latter stage of addition to the aqueous solution.

Therefore, it is difficult to reconcile solutions for preventing the formation of lumps and lumps with adding a coating agent while suppressing the increase in viscosity, and it is also suitable when a large amount of coating agent is used or when mass production is carried out. There is no known method for producing a skin-covering composition, and therefore, there has been a desire to develop a new method for producing a skin-covering composition.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to disperse and dissolve a coating agent in an aqueous solution in a short time with simple operations and with little energy without causing lumps or lumps, and allows a large amount of coating agent to be dispersed and dissolved in an aqueous solution. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for efficiently producing a jelly-like or paste-like skin-covering composition even when the composition is blended into a jelly-like or paste-like skin coating composition or when the composition is mass-produced.

Means and Action for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present inventors have made extensive studies and have developed a jelly-like or paste-like product containing a film agent, a humectant, a lower alcohol, and water. When producing a skin-covering composition, a coating agent is added in advance to a mixed solution of a humectant and a lower alcohol, or a mixed solution in which a portion of water is added, and the coating agent is uniformly moistened. By adding the remaining water to swell and dissolve the coating agent, the coating agent, such as a water-soluble polymer compound, becomes wet with the humectant and alcohol, so when the remaining water is added, the coating agent particles are separated from each other. Agglomeration can be prevented as much as possible, and the coating agent can therefore be dissolved without forming lumps or lumps, and the dissolution time of the coating agent in water is much shorter than in conventional production methods. The coating agent dissolves in water = 7- The coating agent itself does not swell and dissolve in water during the process and the viscosity of the aqueous solution increases, and it can be stirred with low energy using a general-purpose simple blending device. According to the above method, the coating agent can be easily and uniformly dispersed and dissolved in an aqueous solution by preventing the formation of agglomerated sticky substances such as lumps and lumps of coating agent particles as described above. Even when using a large amount of coating agent or mass producing skin coating compositions, it is possible to uniformly disperse and dissolve the coating agent in an aqueous solution in a short time and with simple operations and with little energy, resulting in high quality. The inventors have discovered that it is possible to obtain a homogeneous jelly-like or paste-like skin-covering composition, leading to the present invention.

In addition, there are cases where the amount of the coating agent is very large and the mixed solution of humectant and lower alcohol cannot sufficiently moisten the coating agent, or the coating agent tends to form lumps or lumps during the next process of dispersing the coating agent in water. When using a moisturizing agent and a lower alcohol, it is preferable to add a small amount of water and soak the coating agent in the mixed solution. In this case, the amount of water added is preferably 40% by weight or less, particularly 25% by weight or less based on the total amount of the humectant and lower alcohol. If the amount of water added is more than 40% by weight, the coating agent may begin to dissolve and lumps may form in the aqueous solution. In addition, especially when the amount of water added to the humectant and lower alcohol is relatively large within the above range, it is preferable to cool the mixed solution of the humectant, lower alcohol and water and then add the coating agent. Further, the lower limit of the amount of water added is not limited, but it is preferably 5% by weight, particularly 7% by weight.

[Comparative Example 2] Polyvinyl alcohol wet product 19 moistened with ethanol
A jelly-type pack was manufactured in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1 except that 5 kg of polyvinyl alcohol was added at a rate of about 20 kg per minute, and the wet polyvinyl alcohol was smoothly dispersed until about 5 to 6 minutes after the start of addition. However, the viscosity of the dispersion gradually increased, and the dispersion of the wet material became extremely poor after 7 minutes from the start of addition. Furthermore, the dispersion into which the wet substance was added over a period of about 10 minutes was heated to 70°C and heating was continued for 5 hours, but the polyvinyl alcohol was not completely dissolved.
