[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a lead wire connection structure in a printed wiring board.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional lead wire connection structure for a printed wiring board is that a terminal 3 is attached to a copper foil portion 2 of a printed wiring board 1, and a lead wire 4 is connected to this terminal 3.
This structure has a structure in which the conductor part 4a is connected by winding (wire wrapping), but in this structure, the root part of the conductor part 4a loosens due to external force applied to the lead wire 4, and the conductor part 4a becomes close to the copper foil part 2. This often resulted in electrical short circuits due to contact with other copper foil portions 6 formed in the same manner.

The present invention is an improvement over such conventional drawbacks, and to explain one embodiment of FIG. For example, a circular insulating washer 5 is inserted into the terminal 3, and the conductor portion 4a of the lead wire 4 is wound around the terminal 3 which protrudes through the insulating washer 5 for connection.

Also, the size of the insulating washer 5 is the same as the size of the lead wire 4.
It is determined appropriately depending on the degree of looseness of the copper foils 2 and 6 and the degree of proximity between the copper foils 2 and 6, and is determined to have a size that covers a part of another adjacent copper foil section 6 as shown in the figure, for example.

In such a structure, since the copper foil part 2 and the conductor part 4a of the lead wire 4 are insulated by the insulator 5, even if the conductor part 4a of the lead wire 4 becomes loose, this conductor part 4a and There is no possibility of electrical short circuit due to contact with other copper foil parts 6, and the structure is extremely simple and inexpensive.

FIG. 3 shows another embodiment, in which a copper plate 8 is arranged on the surface of the copper foil part 2 of the printed wiring board 1 with an insulating spacer 7 in between, and the copper plate 8 and the conductor part 4a of the lead wire 4 This structure has an insulating washer 5 interposed between the two. According to such a structure, even if the conductor part 4a of the lead wire 4 becomes loose or the wound conductor part 4a shifts and moves in the direction of the copper plate 8, the insulating washer 5 will keep the copper plate 8 and the conductor part 4a
The insulation state is maintained. Therefore, it is not necessary to solder and fix the conductor part 4a while keeping the distance between the copper plate 8 and the conductor part 4a constant as in the conventional case, and the work of connecting the lead wire 4 is simplified.

As described above, the present invention provides the copper foil portion 2 of the printed wiring board 1 and the conductor portion 4a of the lead wire 4 wound around the terminal 3.
Since the insulator 5 is interposed between the conductor part 4a of the lead wire 4 and other circuits (other copper foil 6, copper plate 8)
It has the advantage of complete insulation from the other materials, and that the structure is simple and inexpensive.
