この発明は発泡合成樹脂で中芯を成形すると同
時に、スキー板の上下面材を一体成形するスキー

を配設し、成形型内の下面に下面材を配設し、こ
の下面材の両側にエツジ材を配設してから発泡合
成樹脂で一体成形してスキー板を製造していた。
しかし、このスキー板の製造方法では成形型内に
発泡合成樹脂を注入充填する際に、成形型内の下
面に配設された下面材及びエツジ材が発泡合成樹
脂により浮上してしまうことがあつた。そこで成
形型の下面にマグネツトを配設して、エツジ材を
磁力で吸着し、エツジ材及び下面材を成形型内の
下面に固定して浮上を防止する製造方法が存在し
たが、この製造方法では使用中にマグネツトの磁
力が低下してエツジ材の吸着が完全になされず、
発泡合成樹脂がエツジ材及び下面材の下面に漏れ
出てしまい、後工程の仕上げ加工に手間が係ると

そこで本発明に於いては、成形型内に発泡合成
樹脂を注入充填する際に、下面材及びエツジ材を
成形型内の下面に確実に押圧して成形できるスキ

(作用)
本発明に於いては、成形型を構成する側面型の
内面下部に押圧材を挿嵌し、この押圧材の外方突
起部分でエツヂ材及び下面材を固定すると共に、
スキー板の成形後には押圧材はスキー板の側面内
に残るので、この押圧材の色をスキー板の側面の
色と異ならしめることにより、スキー板の側面に
に直線状に押圧材の色を配設することが出来るの
で、流動感を出すことが可能になつた。またスキ
ー板の側面内に残る押圧材の材質にジユラルミン
材等を使用するとスキー板の剛性材の一部とする
ことができ、グラスフアイバー等を使用するとス
キー板の補強材の一部とすることができ、さらに
ゴム材等を使用すると振動吸収材として作用させ

左ガイド4の内側には左側面型20が配設され、
この左側面型20の成形型面に水平に凹溝21が
配設され、この凹溝21はエツヂ材14の高さ位
置に配設され、そして凹溝21に帯板状に形成さ
れた押圧材22の左端が挿嵌されて配設され、こ
の押圧材22の右端は成形型面に水平に突設さ

補強材の一部とすることができ、さらにゴム材等
を使用するとスキー板の振動吸収材とすることが
