Claims (1)
- 対向する両面に電極を形成したサーミスタ素体
の両面の電極面を両側から電極面に平行に出てい
る２本のリード線で保持し、前記リード線の一部
を除く全体を前記サーミスタ素体およびリード線
の熱膨張係数より＋１０％程度大きい熱膨張係数
をもつガラス材にて密閉封止する構成としたガラ
ス封入サーミスタ。
