Claims (1)
- 対向する両面に電極を形成したサーミスタ素体
の両面の電極面を両側から電極面に平行で同一方
向に出ている２本のリード線で保持し、前記リー
ド線の一部を除く全体をガラス材にて密閉封止す
る構成とし、且つ、前記サーミスタ素体の両電極
面に接触する側の前記リード線部は各々鋭利な形
状で構成されたことを特徴とするガラス封入サー
ミスタ。
