As is well known, repair of a dent in a body caused by an automobile accident is carried out by gripping the dent with a clamp and pulling the dent outward by pulling a tension chain attached to the clamp. In this case, the direction and position of the tension will vary depending on the damaged location and vehicle type, so the tower panel to which the tension chain is moored must be moved accordingly. For this reason, conventional tower-type panels were fixed movably by installing two fixing chains behind the panel and securing them to anchors, but when moving, the fixing chains had to be replaced. Therefore, the work was complicated and took time.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to embodiment figures. This tower type panel is assembled into a solid box shape by installing six vertical plates 1a to 1f at predetermined intervals between a top plate 2 and a bottom plate 3, and welding the corner edges of each plate. It should be flat and wider than the top plate 2, giving it a sense of stability. At the front edge of each vertical plate 1a to 1f, a support hole 4 for attaching a pulley, which will be described later, extends from the upper part to the lower part.
4... are opened at regular intervals. Three hexagonal shaft-shaped engaging parts 5A, 5B protruding from the top plate 2,
5C are the upwardly protruding ends of the screw shafts 6 for pulling the chain, and to explain one of them as an example according to FIG. 3, the screw shafts 6 are rotatably supported on the top plate 2 via a thrust bearing 7. , the screw shaft 6 is screwed into a nut 9 provided on a mooring member 8 having a U-shaped horizontal cross section. A tension chain 10 is installed at the bottom of the mooring member 8.
A notch 11 is formed so that it can be releasably engaged. 12 is a pulley for winding a chain rotatably supported by a support shaft 13 horizontally suspended near the bottom of the panel; 14 is a pulley rotatably supported by passing a support shaft 15 through one of the support holes 4, 4... Using a chain winding pulley, the tension chain 10, whose one end is fixed to the mooring member 8, is first wound around this pulley 12 so as to move upward, and then wound around the pulley 14 and pulled out horizontally from the front of the panel. Close.

Brackets 16 and 17 are provided protruding from the lower edge (approximately the four corners) of the panel, and the vertical shaft 19 of the caster 18 is fitted into the bracket, and a coil-shaped coil loosely inserted around the outer periphery of the vertical shaft 19 is fitted into the bracket. The spring 20 is interposed in a compressed state between the lower surfaces of the brackets 16, 17 and the upper surface of the caster 18. 21 is a retaining ring that prevents the vertical shaft 19 from being pulled out. The spring 20 bears the weight of the panel due to its elasticity, and the ring of the caster 18 protrudes below the bottom surface of the panel, thereby allowing the panel to move freely. In addition, a rail 22 with a dovetail groove in cross section is attached to the ground using anchor bolts 23.
and two sliders 2 are installed in the rail groove.
Insert 4 loosely. A connecting piece 25 is provided protruding above the slider 24, and a pair of ear pieces 2 are provided on the upper back side of the panel.
6 are provided in a protruding manner, and the connecting piece 25 and the ear piece 26 are connected by a rigid supporting leg 27, and the connecting piece 25 and the lower part of the back surface of the panel are connected by a supporting leg 28, respectively. Reference numeral 29 indicates a bolt inserted through each connecting portion. Reference numeral 30 denotes a fixing screw screwed into the slider 24. By tightening the fixing screw, the tip of the fixing screw comes into pressure contact with the inner surface of the rail groove, and free movement of the slider 24 is stopped.

In the tower type panel constructed in this way, the slider 24 is fixed by tightening the fixing screw 30, and the clamp 31 is connected to the tip of the tension chain 10 as shown in FIG. is held between the clamps, a spanner or an impact wrench is engaged with the corresponding engaging portions 5A to 5C, and the screw shaft 6 is turned manually or automatically to move the mooring member 8 upward, thereby pulling the tension chain 10. When the traction force becomes strong, a downward force greater than the weight of the panel is applied to the spring 20, so that the spring 20 is contracted, and the lower surface of the bottom plate 3 comes into close contact with the ground, stably supporting the panel. Of course, tensile force is applied to the supporting legs 27 and 28 at this time. Note that correction of dents in automobile bodies is mainly carried out by tensioning with clamps, but in exceptional cases it may be necessary to apply pressing force to the body. For this reason, the panel has its back side supported by rigid supporting legs 27 and 28, so even if a pressing force is applied to the front side, compressive force is applied to the supporting legs 27 and 28, so that the panel can be used without falling backward. Furthermore, even if the clamp were to come off unexpectedly during tensioning work, there is little risk of the panel falling backwards, thereby preventing personal injury from occurring. When the tension chain 10 is released, the weight of the panel is borne by the spring 20 and the caster wheel protrudes downward, so that the panel can be easily moved by one person along the rail 22 by simply loosening the fixing screw 30. .

As explained above in the embodiments, the panel installation structure according to the present invention has good stability during work, making it possible to perform not only tension processing but also pressure processing on damaged parts of the automobile body, and also prevent accidents caused by falling. This prevents this from happening, and since the panel is supported by casters during movement, it can be easily moved along the rail by simply loosening the fixing screws, greatly improving handling and improving work efficiency.
