Claims (1)
方向の両側端面に電極を設け厚み方向の一面を前
記凹部の開口面に向けて前記凹部内に収納した正
特性サーミスタと、前記正特性サーミスタに対し
、両側端側から前記電極に圧接し、かつ、前記開
口面の方向に押圧するバネ圧を加える一対の電極
端子と、前記凹部の開口面側において前記正特性
サーミスタに電気絶縁して熱結合する放熱部材と
を備えることを特徴とする正特性サーミスタ装置
