、第５図は第３図のもののコアを示す斜視図であ
る。 図中、１はヨーク、２はガイド、３はバルブシ
ート、３ａはバルブシート面、４は可動プランジ
ヤ、４ａはバルブ面、６はコイル、８はスプリン
グ、９はコア、２１は入力ポート、２２は出力ポ
ート、２３はドレインポート、３３，３４は非磁
性ゴム弾性膜である。尚、図中同一符号は同一又
は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 励磁コイル、この励磁コイルにより磁化さ
    れる磁気回路を構成するコア、この磁気回路中に
    介装され、その一端部にバルブ部を形成してなる
    可動プランジヤ、この可動プランジヤと同軸的に
    配置されたカツプ形状で、外周円筒部に入力ポー
    トが、また底部に出力ポートが形成されたバルブ
    シートを備え、上記可動プランジヤのバルブ部と
    バルブシート間で入出力ポート間の油路の開閉を
    行う電磁弁において、上記コアと上記可動プラン
    ジヤの対向面の両側または片側の表層部に非磁性
    ゴム弾性膜を形成し、上記可動プランジヤに作用
    する吸引力を限定的に制限したことを特徴とする
    電磁弁。 (2) 非磁性のゴム弾性膜は焼付けにより形成さ
    れている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電
    磁弁。
