る。 図中、１はヨーク、２はガイド、３はバルブシ
ート、３ａはバルブシート面、４は可動プランジ
ヤ、４ａはバルブ面、６はコイル、８はスプリン
グ、９はコア、２１は入力ポート、２２は出力ポ
ート、２３はドレインポート、３３，３４は非磁
性金属膜である。尚、図中同一符号は同一又は相
当部分を示す。

る。 図中、１はヨーク、２はガイド、３はバルブシ

性金属膜である。尚、図中同一符号は同一又は相
当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 励磁コイル、この励磁コイルにより磁化さ
れる磁気回路を構成するコア、この磁気回路中に
介装され、その一端部にバルブ部を形成してなる
可動プランジヤ、この可動プランジヤと同軸的に
配置されたカツプ形状で、外周円筒部に入力ポー
トが、また底部に出力ポートが形成されたバルブ
シートを備え、上記可動プランジヤのバルブ部と
バルブシート間で入出力ポート間の油路の開閉を
行う電磁弁において、上記コアと上記可動プラン
ジヤの対向面の両側または片側の表層部に非磁性
金属膜を形成し、上記可動プランジヤに作用する
吸引力を限定的に制限したことを特徴とする電磁
弁。 (2) 非磁性の金属膜はメツキにより形成されて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電磁弁
。
