子直流軸流フアンモータのステータ組立の構成を
示した分解斜視図、第２図は第１図のステータ組
立の構成によつて組立てられたハウジング組立の
半断面図、第３図は本考案の他の実施例の構成に
よるハウジング組立の半断面図、第４図は従来の
無整流子直流軸流フアンモータの構成を示す半断
面図である。 １ａ…上部インシユレータ、１ｂ…下部インシ
ユレータ、１ｃ…成形インシユレータ、２…ステ
ータコア、３…巻線、４…回路基板組立、５…コ
ネクタピン、８ａ〜８ｆ…ステータボス部、１２
…回転軸、１５，２１…ステータ組立、１６…ス
テータボス収納部、１７…収納部上部端面、１８
…収納部下部端面、１９…ステータ部分、２０…

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 軸流フアンの外ケースであるハウジングにスポ
    ークを介して支持されるステータ部分と、そのス
    テータ部分の内部にモータ駆動用の制御回路及び
    樹脂で形成されたインシユレータによつて絶縁さ
    れ、駆動巻線が捲かれるステータコアを有し、且
    つ前記ステータの中心部分にはロータの回転軸を
    支持するため内部に軸受機構を有するステータボ
    ス部を持つ無整流子直流軸流フアンモータに於い
    て、前記インシユレータ形成に用いる樹脂により
    前記ステータボス部を一体的に形成した無整流子
    直流軸流フアンモータ。
