[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a frame board for seedbeds for vegetables, leaf tobacco, paddy rice, etc. Conventionally, frames for vegetable seedbeds were constructed by supporting and compressing straw bundles vertically between two guide plates, sandwiching the lower end with thin bamboo sticks, and sewing rope between the bamboo sticks to form side walls (frames). It formed a plate). Therefore, forming side walls requires skill and takes a long time.
In addition, it took a long time to disassemble, and most of the materials used once were disposed of as waste.
In addition, because conventional nursery beds form side walls excluding the main pillar (15 cm square), this part has the disadvantage of lacking insulation. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has developed a frame board for seedbeds that integrates reinforcing plates and heat insulating material, improves the insulation properties of the corners of the seedbed, and has a structure that is easy to connect. This is what we provide. DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a nursery frame plate according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. Figure 1 a, b
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the frame plate.
That is, the nursery frame board 1 mainly functions as a frame board, a heat insulating material, and a waterproof material, and its structure may be one in which a reinforcing board 2 and a heat insulating material 3 are integrally formed as shown in figure a, or as shown in figure b. The structure is such that a waterproof sheet 4 is integrally laminated on the exposed surface of the heat insulating material 3. In addition, the heat insulating material 3 is made soft at the left and right end portions by approximately the thickness T of the seedbed frame board 1, and is formed into an elastic material in particular, to prevent deterioration of the heat insulation properties at the corners when the seedbed is formed. It is something. Note that the width of the above-mentioned T is the same thickness as the other portions, or is reduced to about half. To explain further, the reinforcing board 2 is made of one or a combination of two or more of plywood, water-resistant plywood, hollow plastic composite material, hard fiber board, and synthetic resin board. Its shape is rectangular,
L=900~1800mm, H=300~600mm, t1 =3~
It is about 20mm. The heat insulating material 3 may be made of synthetic resin foam, such as polyurethane foam (semi-rigid, hard), polyisocyanurate foam, etc.
and these modified foams, or mixed with fibers, non-combustible aggregates (perlite grains, shirasu balloons, etc.), wire mesh, net-like materials, honeycomb bodies, etc.
The thickness t2 is about 5 to 100 mm,
Density is 20~80Kg/ m3 , thermal conductivity is 0.022~
0.06kcal/m・h・℃, compressive strength is approximately 0.5Kg/cm 2
This is the above, and the foamed structure preferably has a closed cell ratio of 30% or more. Note that the heat insulating material 3 is formed by in-situ foaming, and in particular, the foam structure in the shaded areas other than the length l is made of an elastic body softened during the foaming process even though the material is the same. That is,
For example, in the case of polyurethane foam, the portion corresponding to the T on the reinforcing plate 2 is made to contain a certain amount of moisture, and the foamed structure is softened in this area, so-called, to make it open, and to create a structure with cushioning properties. It is something. Furthermore, the waterproof sheet 4 protects the heat insulating material 3, prevents contamination, provides water repellency, prevents water absorption, and strengthens mechanical strength by forming the frame plate into a sanderch structure. Specific examples include asphalt felt, metal foil, a synthetic resin sheet with a melting point of 100°C or higher, kraft paper, asbestos paper, a laminate of two or more of the following plastic thin plates, or kraft paper. Waterproof sheets, etc., which are treated with waterproofing and have a net-like material formed integrally with them. Next, construction examples will be explained. First, assuming that a seedbed frame body as shown in FIG . 3 are integrally formed. Two composite plates 5 are prepared. Therefore, with respect to the ground G,
The nursery frame boards 1 shown in FIG. . The seedbed formed in this way is
Since the left and right end portions of one of the two opposing frame boards 1 are fixed by the left and right end portions of the other two opposing composite boards 5, the left and right ends of the nursery frame board 1 are softened. The heat insulating material 3, which has become an elastic body, is compressed and deformed to close the gaps at the corners and improve airtightness. Furthermore, temperature measurements revealed that the airtightness of the corners and the entire frame was higher than that of the corners of conventional seedbeds, making it possible to form a seedbed with excellent insulation. What has been described above is the nursery frame board 1 according to the present invention.
This is only one embodiment, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 3a-g. That is, figures a to e show a nursery frame board 1 in which a cover is provided on the heat insulating material 3 to provide weather resistance and prevent destruction of the top surface. Figure b shows a frame board 1 for a nursery bed with the entire surface (other than the left and right end surfaces) covered with a cover material 7 instead of a waterproof sheet 4, Figure c shows a frame board 1 for a nursery bed with a hard material 8 fixed to it. Frame board 1, Figure d shows a frame board 1 for a nursery bed to which a tape-shaped cover material 9 is attached, and Figure e shows a frame board 1 for a nursery bed having a cover material 10 covering only the top surface of the heat insulating material 3.
Further, Fig. f shows a frame board 1 for a seedbed with the upper end of the heat insulating material 3 protruding laterally, and Fig. g shows a frame board 1 for a seedbed having a superimposed structure. As mentioned above, the nursery frame board according to the present invention is
It is a unit type. Excellent construction and processability. Durable. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. It has excellent waterproofness, airtightness, and heat insulation properties, and also functions as a reinforcing material.
Easy to store. It is low cost and lightweight. It has the following characteristics.
