Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise safety by making a control circuit judge from the change in the temperature of a temperature sensing section whether or not there is a flame and controlling a gas cock. CONSTITUTION:A flame sensor 1 which detects flame, a temperature sensor which detects the temperature of a food to be cooked, and a control circuit 4 which receives as inputs the outputs of the above-mentioned sensors are provided. Depending on whether or not there is an input signal to the flame sensor 1 a gas valve 5 is opened or closed by an input signal to the temperature sensor 2 in which temperature is set by a temperature setting device 3. By means of temperature of the temperature sensor 2, temperature set by the temperature setting device 3 and the control circuit 4 it is judged that there is no flame and a gas cock 5 is closed when, for instance, the difference between the present temperature in the temperature sensor 2 and set temperature is large with the temperature descending or kept constant or when the difference between the present temperature and the set temperature is small with the temperature descending. With this arrangement, even if the flame sensor 1 is out of order the temperature sensor 2 can judge whether or not there is a flame, and safety is raised.

Conventional technology Previously, the presence or absence of a flame was determined by a signal from a flame detection means using a thermocouple, etc., and if the flame was blown out due to the influence of wind etc. during operation, the gas cock was turned on as the signal disappeared. It was closed to cut off the gas.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional method, if the flame detection means malfunctions and cannot determine whether there is a flame or not, if the flame blows out or if there is no ignition, the gas cock is shut off. This is extremely dangerous and cannot be done.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve these drawbacks, the present invention provides a control circuit with a specific procedure to determine whether the temperature of the temperature sensing part is rising, falling, or remaining flat. A control circuit determines whether there is a gas valve or not, and if a specific procedure is followed, the gas cock is controlled.

It is determined that there is a flame when the difference between the temperature of the temperature detection section and the set temperature is small and the temperature rises or remains unchanged. If each of the above conditions is reversed, it is determined that there is no flame.

The gas table according to the present invention has a temperature detecting section 2 consisting of a thermistor and a temperature setting means 3 as shown in FIG. It is equipped with a flame detection means 1 consisting of a thermocouple that detects the presence or absence of flame as a safety circuit, and a control circuit that shuts off the gas cock 5 when the flame is blown out. It is controlled by (microcomputer) 4.

In this embodiment, when the flame detection means 1 fails, a specific procedure provided in the temperature detection section 2, temperature setting means 3, and control circuit 4 is used as the flame detection means, and the procedure (flow chart) is Shown in Figure 2. This happens when the flame detection means 1 malfunctions and sends out a signal indicating that there is a flame even though there is actually no flame.First of all, if the difference between the current temperature and the set temperature is large (
For example, 20℃ or higher), if there is a flame, the temperature must be rising, so if the temperature is rising, it is assumed that there is a flame.
works fine. Also, when the difference between the current temperature and the set temperature is small (for example, less than 20 degrees Celsius), the temperature may be rising, but if the temperature is maintained around the set temperature, it may level off, so the temperature may increase. It is assumed that there is a flame when the temperature rises or remains the same. Otherwise, the difference between the current temperature and the set temperature is large and the temperature decreases or remains the same, or the difference between the current temperature and the set temperature is small and the temperature is low. When descending, it is assumed that there is no flame and the gas cock is shut off.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, even if the flame detection means fails, the presence or absence of a flame can be determined by the temperature detection section, thereby increasing safety.
