検出するバツテリ電圧検出手段と、車両の走行状
態を検出する走行状態検出手段と、この走行状態
検出手段で所定基準による加速状態が検出され、
かつ上記バツテリ電圧が基準値を越えているとき
、このときのバツテリ電圧とほぼ等しい電圧を上
記目標値として設定する目標値設定手段とを備え
