はめ、上記固定子鉄心の上記流通穴の先端側に上
記案内棒部を挿入し軸方向の移動自在に案内支持
し、上記流通穴の先端には傾斜した受面を設け、
可動鉄心が吸着位置では上記Oリングに接するよ
