ンジヤに対向して形成された磁路を有し、前記プ
ランジヤを磁化して摺動させる励磁コイルとを備
え、 前記磁路は、前記弁体に近い一端に近づくにつ
れて、前記プランジヤと対向する部分の空隙部が
徐々に拡張されて形成されていることを特徴とす
