(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The problem with this undulating weir made of flexible membrane material such as rubber cloth is that the membrane material is susceptible to damage from the outside.
For example, when a building falls over, it is easily damaged by stones running over it, or by driftwood or human damage. Therefore, it is desired that the weir be strong against such external damage.

Of course, it may be provided on the entire surface of the flexible membrane material that is the covering, or it may be provided on a portion of the flexible membrane material. In the above, the water-absorbing body provided in the envelope may be one that has been swollen by absorbing water in advance, or may be swollen by absorbing water afterwards.

FIG. 1 shows an example in which the water-absorbing sheet is provided on the outer surface of a flexible membrane material. The water-absorbing sheet (3) generally has difficulty adhering to a flexible membrane material such as rubber cloth, so the water-absorbing sheet (3) shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, a flexible membrane material (7) covering the outer surface of the flexible membrane material (1) with holes etc. that can supply water through holes or the like or cloth for rubber is provided in between. Alternatively, as shown in Figure 1 (bl), a flexible membrane material (7) covered with a rectangular sheet of similar rubber or rubberized cloth on the outer surface may be provided at its ends. The tiles (3) of the water-absorbing sheet are adhered to the outer surface of the flexible membrane material to be covered, and placed between the rectangular sheet and the outer surface of the flexible membrane material to be covered.

FIG. 3 shows the case where it is provided in the middle layer of a flexible membrane material such as rubber cloth. In this case as well, it is provided in the same way as on the outer and inner surfaces of the flexible membrane material that is the covering, but when it is provided on the middle layer, the membrane material, for example, rubberized cloth, is substantially doubled. It becomes a structure. In other words, it takes the form of a sheet that absorbs water and expands, or a tile, etc., that is inserted into the gap in the double structure.

The superabsorbent resin in the present invention is one that absorbs water and swells by several times or more, preferably several tens of times or more in volume when immersed in water, such as: Polymers such as copolymers of imbutylene and maleic anhydride @ acrylic acid polymers ○ Acrylonitrile grafted to starch and hydrolyzed ■ Copolymers of vinyl acetate and vinyl alcohol, carboxylic acid-modified products of polyvinyl alcohol, etc. Although it can be used alone, superabsorbent resin and rubber or plastic are sometimes kneaded together to provide appropriate strength and flexibility.

(Function) In the present invention, by providing a water absorbing body, damage caused by rolling stones can be prevented (it has the same effect as using a sponge). Also, even if it is poked or cut with a sharp tip or knife-like object, damage can be prevented or reduced because it has a water-absorbing material. Furthermore, since it uses a water-absorbent material, even if you make a wound and make a hole, if water gets in, the water-absorbing material in the wound (it does not necessarily absorb water to the fullest and swell indefinitely).
It has the effect of increasing swelling and making the wound smaller or sealing it by itself.

(発明の効果) 以上の様な本発明によると下記の様な効果がある。(Effect of the invention) According to the present invention as described above, there are the following effects.
