(For example, see Special Publication No. 40-11702 and Special Publication No. 44-2371).
This has a structure as shown in FIG. 4a, and is made of a membrane material as shown in FIG. 4b. That is, a fabric 5 made of nylon, polyester, or the like is coated with rubber 4 or the like to form an airtight and watertight flexible membrane material. In FIG. 4, 2 is a mounting bracket, 10 is a floor of a river, etc., and 11 is a flow of a river, etc.

It is easily damaged by rolling stones, driftwood, and human damage. For this reason, there is a desire for a weir that is resistant to such external damage.

Of course, it can be provided on the entire surface of the flexible membrane material,
It may be one area. In the above, the water-absorbing body provided in the envelope may be one that has been swollen by absorbing water in advance, or may be swollen by absorbing water afterwards.

Since the water-absorbing sheet 6 generally has difficulty adhering to a flexible covering material such as rubber-coated cloth, as shown in FIG. 1a, an additional layer of rubber or Either a covering flexible membrane material 7 made of rubber-coated cloth or the like is provided and mechanically sandwiched therebetween, or a rectangular sheet of similar rubber or rubber-coated cloth is provided on the outer surface as shown in Fig. 1b. The covering flexible membrane material 7 is adhered at its end to the outer surface of the covering flexible film material, and a tile of the water-absorbing sheet is placed between the rectangular sheet and the outer surface of the covering flexible film material. 6 and install it.

Prevents damage from rolling stones (has the same effect as using a sponge). Also, even if it is poked or cut with a sharp tip or knife-like object, the water absorbing material prevents or reduces damage. Furthermore, since a water-absorbing body is used, if there is a covering membrane material on the outside of the water-absorbing body or a covering membrane material that blocks water, it is possible to damage it and make a hole in the covering membrane material. If water enters the wound, the water-absorbing material in the wound (which does not necessarily absorb water and swell indefinitely) swells more and more, making the wound smaller or sealing it by itself.
