[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a non-slip member with spikes for vehicles, which is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and has a required width that can fit the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of a tire. The purpose of this is to prevent the core members from shifting against each other, stabilize the strength of the anti-slip member, and strengthen the engagement between the core member and the spikes so that it can withstand long-term use.

Conventionally, as a non-slip member with spikes for vehicles, spikes 1 are formed into a bowl shape as shown in Fig. 1a and b.
is fitted into a recess 3 formed on the bottom surface of a non-slip member 2 of a required width made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin, and the flat head 5 is fitted into a recess 4 on the top surface. A spike 1' which is caulked with a fixed rivet stud 6, or a spike 1' shaped like a letter as shown in the second figure, is placed in advance in an anti-slip member 2' made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and having the required width. There are some that engage across core members 3', 3' such as wires arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and are molded together with the elastic body such as rubber or synthetic resin, but the former In this case, since the anti-slip member 2 is an elastic body, the crimping effect is poor, and there is a risk that the installation of the spikes 1 may become uncertain. As the number of spikes 1 decreases, the crimping portion of the rivet stud 5 may be damaged. There is a risk that the spikes 6 will wear out when they hit the road surface, and the spikes 1 will easily come off from the anti-slip member 2. Moreover, if this happens while driving, the spikes 1 will fly backwards and hit the following vehicle, causing an unexpected accident. Not only was this extremely dangerous as there was a risk of an accident, but after the spikes 1 were removed, holes for attaching the spikes remained in the anti-slip member 2, and the anti-slip member 2 could be easily cut from this part. In the latter case, the wire core members 3', 3' engaged with the spike 1 cannot be expanded outwardly due to the spike 1' being unusable. However, since the inward deviation is only caused by the integrally molded elastic body, the suppression is insufficient, and the spacing between the core members 3' and 3' changes, causing the slip prevention member 2 There were drawbacks such as the strength of the core members 3' being unstable and the engagement between the core members 3', 3' and the spikes 1' being uncertain.

The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional method by engaging spikes with the core members and integrally molding them with an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin so that the arrangement interval of the core members does not change both inside and outside. It is something.

The anti-slip member 10 is made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin and has a required width that can fit the outer peripheral surface and both side surfaces of the tire A. 11,
Reference numeral 11 denotes a plurality of core members formed of wires, chains, or other appropriately strong members arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals inside the anti-slip member 10, and reference numerals 12 and 12 refer to each of the core members. 1
The spikes are bowl-shaped spikes in which vertically divided grooves 13, 13 are engaged with the core members 1, 11, respectively, and are integrally molded with the core members 11, 11 using the elastic body. 1
Reference numeral 4 denotes a positioning hole for the bowl-shaped spike 12, which is a hole for floating and supporting the bowl-shaped spike 12 in the mold when molding the anti-slip member 10. 15 is a patterned surface of the anti-slip member 10.

According to the present invention, a plurality of core members 11, 11 are arranged in parallel at a required interval in the anti-slip member 10, and each of the core members 11, 11 is provided with a plurality of vertical strips formed on the side surface of the bowl-shaped spike 12. Split groove part 13,
Since these are integrally molded with the core members 11 and 13 engaged, even if the anti-slip member 10 wears down, the bowl-shaped spike 12 will not come off the anti-slip member 10 unless the core members 11, 11 are cut. There was no fear at all, so the bowl-shaped spike 1 occurred while driving.
There is no danger of 2 flying off, and the core member 1
Since a part of the side surface of the bowl-shaped spike 12 is interposed between the core members 11 and 11, the core members 11 and 11 can expand outward or move inward, changing the arrangement interval. The strength of the anti-slip member 10 can be stably maintained without causing any damage, and the engagement between the core members 11, 11 and the bowl-shaped spike 12 is extremely strong and can be used for a long period of time. Also, when the core members 11, 11 and the bowl-shaped spike 12 are engaged, the bowl-shaped spike 12
The core members 11, 11 are inserted into the vertically divided grooves 13, 13.
By fitting the two, there are various effects such as being able to easily engage the two.

Note that the bowl-shaped spike 12 in the present invention is made by forming a metal plate into a bowl shape in advance and providing vertical grooves therein, or by forming a notch to become a vertical groove in a flat metal plate in advance and forming the metal plate into a bowl shape. Any of these may be used, such as forming a bowl-shaped spike 12 with vertical grooves by folding each outer edge, and the anti-slip member 10 may be molded in advance into a shape that can be fitted to the outer surface of the tire. what you did,
Alternatively, the core members 11, 11 may be in the form of a flat plate when attached, and if the core members 11, 11 are formed into a chain, they can be used as shown in FIG.
