Abstract

PURPOSE:To drain perfectly water at low water level and prevent water from counter flow in the stoppage of a pump by placing or a bottom plate stationarily a tray-like elastic body having the outer peripheral edge expanded and contracted in a jacket wall and providing a plurality of thin water path ports in an annular seat portion of lower surface of the bottom plate. CONSTITUTION:When an underwater pump is started at the water level l1, negative pressure is generated under an impeller so that a tray-like elastic body 7 is operatively contracted and the outer peripheral edge thereof is separated from the inner peripheral surface of an annular jacket wall 6 to afford communication between intake holes 10... and an intake port 3 of pump. Thus, water sucked through thin water path ports 12... is drained through a water path 13 and a swirl chamber 1 of pump from a discharge port without leaving any residual water. And when the underwater pump is stopped at the water level l2, after the completion of drainage, the tray-like elastic body 7 returns to the expanded state and the outer peripheral edge thereof abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the annular jacket wall 6 to fulfill the function of preventing counter flow.

In general, the lowest water level that can be drained from the installation floor of a submersible pump is limited by the height of the strainer stand, etc., and complete drainage is not possible at a low water level, so it takes several steps to drain remaining water. Therefore, it is completely impossible to use the submersible pump to absorb water from the floor. As a measure to enable drainage at low water levels, there are pumps in which the opening position of the pump suction port is made as low as possible, but this has the disadvantage that water inside the pump casing and piping flows backwards when the pump is stopped. are doing.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the conventional drawbacks as mentioned above,
Drains completely at low water levels without creating residual water,
Moreover, it is an object of the present invention to construct a submersible pump that does not cause backflow of water even when the pump is stopped and can be used for the work of sucking up accumulated water on the floor.

(2) Structure In the residual water treatment system for a submersible pump according to the present invention, the bottom plate is fixed at a predetermined distance from the suction cover that constitutes the lower bottom of the pump vortex chamber, and the opposing surface between the suction cover and the bottom plate is fixed. An annular mantle wall is provided between the mantle walls, and a center portion of a disk-shaped elastic body whose outer peripheral edge expands and contracts within the mantle wall is fixed at the center of the upper surface of the bottom plate, and an annular mantle is provided at the periphery of the bottom surface of the bottom plate. By providing a seat part, carving a large number of narrow water passage holes in the lower part of the seat part, and opening a suction hole toward the lower surface of the dish-shaped elastic body from the bottom of the bottom plate, it is possible to When contracted, its outer peripheral edge separates from the inner peripheral surface of the annular mantle wall to open a passageway under the annular seat, from the outer periphery of the trowel to the pump suction port, and when the dish-shaped elastic body expands, the outside of the elastic body The peripheral edge portion is configured to abut against the inner circumferential surface of the annular mantle wall and close the water passage.

When the submersible pump is stopped, the outer periphery of the dish-shaped elastic body 7 is in contact with the inner periphery of the annular mantle wall 6 due to the expansion operation, so that the suction holes 10 of the bottom plate 4 and the pump are in contact with each other. Continuity with the suction port 8 is cut off.

However, when the submersible pump is started at a water level t, negative pressure is generated at the lower part of the impeller, so the disk-shaped elastic body 7 contracts and its outer peripheral image part separates from the inner peripheral surface of the annular mantle wall 6, causing suction. Hole l
O...10 and the pump suction port 8 are not electrically connected, so the water passage 18 from the outer circumference of the lower top of the annular seat ill to the pump suction port 3 is opened, and a narrow gap is opened. The water sucked in through the water passages 12, . When the submersible pump stops at the completion water level t2 of drainage, the dish-shaped elastic body 7 is brought into an expanded state by the pressure of the return water in the pump vortex chamber 1 and the drainage pipe line.
2. Since the outer peripheral edge comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the annular mantle wall 6, a backflow prevention function is activated.

(8) Effects According to the present invention, the narrow water passage port 12 is opened at an extremely low position close to the installation floor of the submersible pump.
However, since the flow channel 18 with a backflow prevention structure leads to the inside of the pump vortex chamber 1, drainage is completely carried out at low water levels without residual water, and water does not flow back even when the pump is stopped. It has the advantage that it does not absorb water, so it can also be used for absorbing water that has accumulated on the floor. In carrying out the present invention, it is sufficient to attach the bottom plate 4 equipped with the dish-shaped elastic body 7 together with the annular mantle wall 6 to the part of the existing submersible pump from which the bottom plate has been removed. Therefore, its usability in terms of construction is extremely high.
