４が開弁状態にあるときは前記閉弁操作部１７，
７７の一部が前記栓本体１０の上面１０ａより上
方に突出し且つ前記弁体１４が閉弁状態にあると
きは前記開弁操作部１６，７６と前記閉弁操作部
１７，７７がともに前記栓本体上面１０ａと同一
面かそれより低位置となる如く位置設定されてい
ることを特徴とする液体容器の注液通路開閉装置
