状栓５が嵌脱する挿通孔１１を形成すると共に複
数の注出孔１２を形成し、さらに、この天板７の
一端にヒンジ１３を介して上蓋１４を設け、この
上蓋１４の下側面に前記注出孔１２を閉塞する閉
塞部１６を設けると共に、この上蓋１４には前記
挿通孔１１と連通する注出口１５を形成したこと
