【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ラミネート板の折曲げ部の構造に関
するものである。

最近、自動車等の車両においては、軽量化を図
るために、外板等の部材として、二枚の金属板の
間に樹脂材を介在させて接着積層してなるラミネ
ート板が開発使用されている。

げ成形加工時に折曲げにより変形する樹脂材を該
逃がし穴から逃がすようにすることにより、樹脂
材の内部応力によるクラツクの発生を防止できる
ようにしたラミネート板の折曲げ部の構造を提供
せんとするものである。

曲げ成形加工時に該逃がし穴3,3,…から折曲
げにより変形した樹脂材2を外部に逃がすように
構成されている。

いスリツト状の複数の逃がし穴4′,4′,…を平
行に配列して設けたものである。この第4図およ
び第5図の場合は、折曲げにより変形した樹脂材
2を充分に逃がすことができるので、大型のラミ
ネート板を折曲げるのに好適である。
