Claims (1)
メツキを施してなるアモルフアス合金箔を接着剤
層を介して成層するとともにその周縁部を斜め方
向に載断して台形状となしたパネルの複数枚を用
いて相隣るパネルの接合部分におけるアモルフア
ス合金箔の端部が互いに近接するようにその周縁
部を接合して筐体状に組立てなる電磁波シールド
用ボツクス。 (2) 接着剤層がクロロプレンゴムやポリウレタ
ンの如き防振性のゴム系接着剤である請求項(1)
記載の電磁波シールド用ボツクス。 (3) 板体間に成層されたアモルフアス合金箔が
接着剤層にて成層された複数層の銅メツキアモル
フアス合金箔層である請求項(1)記載の電磁波シ
