Abstract

In regard to the mixed gas, its pressure to the circumferential direction can be unified and the degree of mixing can be increased when it passes through the holes 33 and 34 of a mixing promotion plate 32. Because the inner diameter of the secondary mixing chamber 14 is larger than that of the primary mixing chamber 13, the mixed gas is introduced to a burner head 19 after its velocity is slowed down, so that the lifting can be suppressed at the time of ignition to improve the ignitionability. 出する混合ガスの噴出速度が速く、燃焼装置が冷えた状
態での点火時に激しい燃焼音を伴ったリフティング(飛
火)現象が発生し、点火しにくい欠点があった。又、多
数の透孔を設けた混合促進板が炎孔に接近した位置に設
けである為、各炎孔に均一に混合ガスを送ることができ
ず、燃焼状態が不均一となる欠点があった。

(1) A bottomed cylindrical burner body with a burner head having a plurality of flame holes at its tip opening, a fuel nozzle that supplies gas fuel to the burner body, and an air passage around the burner body. The burner body has a stepped part in the middle thereof to form a small-diameter first mixing chamber on the base side and a large-diameter second mixing chamber on the tip side. The first mixing chamber and the second mixing chamber are communicated through a mixing promotion plate provided with a large number of through holes, and furthermore, a peripheral wall facing the first mixing chamber of the burner body is provided with a gas fuel and a primary mixture. A gas combustion device characterized in that an introduction cylinder is provided for supplying air in a swirling manner into the first mixing chamber.
