Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the delamination of a pattern paint by enhancing close adhesiveness, by applying the pattern paint to a base paint at the time of a semi-cured state to perfectly curing both of them. CONSTITUTION:A base paint 2 such as a polishing acrylic resin type ultraviolet curable paint is applied to a substrate 1 comprising a plastic or metal plate. Next, the coated substrate is passed through a drying oven to bring the base paint 2 to a semi-cured state and, thereafter, a pattern paint 3 is partically applied to the base paint in a pattern like stat. The substrate after coating is passed through a drying oven such as an ultravilet irradiation oven to simulta neously and perfectly cure the semi-cured base paint 2 and the uncured pattern paint 3. By this method, the pattern paint 3 becomes lightly compatible with the base paint 2 and both of them are integrated. At last, the protruded surface of the pattern paint 3 may be ground by a sander to form a matted surface to the pattern paint 3.

[Background technology 1] A painted board used as an interior panel of a house, etc. As shown in FIG. , and further coats the surface of this base paint 2 with a matte pattern paint 3 and hardens it, thereby making the pattern paint 3 adhere to the base paint 2. However, on such a painted board, the base paint 2 and pattern paint 3 after curing
There was a problem in the adhesion between the patterned paint 3 and the patterned paint 3, which caused peeling.

[Disclosure of the Invention 1 The method for manufacturing a coated board according to the present invention includes applying a base paint 2 to the surface of a substrate 1 and semi-curing it, then applying a pattern paint 3 to the surface of this base paint 2, and then It is characterized by completely curing the base paint 2 and pattern paint 3 later, and the above object is achieved by applying the Mata 4J paint 3 when the base paint 2 is in a semi-hardened state. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to Examples.

As the substrate 1, a plastic plate such as polyvinyl chloride or acrylic resin, or a metal plate such as aluminum or stainless steel can be used.As shown in FIG. 1(a), the surface of the substrate 1 is first coated with a shiny acrylic resin. A base paint 2 such as an ultraviolet edge curing type paint such as the following is applied. This coating can be done using a 70-coater 4, and the substrate coated with the base paint 2 in a drying oven 5 such as a heating furnace, an ultraviolet #l irradiation oven, an infrared irradiation oven, etc. as shown in Fig. 1(b). 1 to semi-cure the base paint 2. Base paint 2 for semi-curing
It is desirable for the base paint 2 to be cured to the extent that it is dry to the touch. After applying the base paint 2 to the substrate 1 and allowing it to semi-cure, a pattern is formed partially on the surface of the base paint 2. Apply paint 3. As the ia paint 3, a paint of the same type as the base paint 2 can be used. When applying the pattern paint 3 to the surface of the semi-cured base paint 2, for example, as shown in FIG. This can be done by flowing the patterned paint 3 in step 7 and allowing the material that passes through the holes in the plate 6 to adhere to the surface of the base paint 2 in a patterned manner. The pattern paint 3 can also be applied by screen printing using a screen plate 8 as shown in FIG. After applying the pattern paint 3 on the surface of the semi-cured base paint 2 in this way, the substrate 1 is passed through a drying oven 9 such as an ultraviolet irradiation oven or an infrared irradiation oven as shown in FIG. 1(d). Then, the semi-cured base paint 2 and the uncured pattern paint 3 are completely cured at the same time. Here, since the pattern paint 3 is applied to the base paint 2 in a semi-cured state, the t4 paint 3
is slightly compatible with the base paint 2, and the pattern paint 3 can be integrated into the base paint 2. When the base paint 2 and the pattern paint 3 are cured in this state, the hardened base paint 2 The pattern paint 3 that has been cured becomes one piece. At this time, it is possible to apply the pattern paint 3 without fully curing the base paint 2, but if you do this, the boundary between the base paint 2 and the pattern paint 3 will bleed, making it impossible to express a clear pattern. After curing the base paint 2 and pattern paint 3 in this way, it is not practical to grind the protruding surface of the pattern paint 3 with Sangu IO as in No. 11F(e) to make the pattern paint 3 glossy. Without it, it becomes a painted board.

In the above embodiment, the base paint 2 is finished with a gloss and the pattern paint 3 is finished with a dull finish, but conversely, the base paint 2 is finished with a dull finish and the pattern paint 3 is finished with a gloss. Of course, you can.

[Effect of the invention J As described above, in the present invention, a base paint is applied to the surface of a substrate and semi-cured, a pattern paint is then applied to the surface of this base paint, and then the base paint and the pattern are combined. Since the paint is completely cured, the pattern paint is slightly miscible with the semi-hardened base paint, and the pattern paint can be integrated with the base paint, allowing the base paint and pattern paint to become one. By improving the adhesion with the base paint, it is possible to prevent the pattern paint from peeling off from the base paint.
