本発明はかつらベースすなわち植毛を施すかつ

従来行われているかつらベースの製造法はビニ
ールフイルム等の柔軟性合成樹脂フイルムと粘着

頭部を覆い、これに粘着テープではち巻きをし、
次で全面に粘着テープを張りつけて型取りし、こ
れを雌型として雄型を得、この表面にラバー皮膜
または合成樹脂皮膜を形成させて剥離してかつら
ベースを得る方法がとられてきたが素材つまり柔
軟性合成樹脂フイルム及び粘着テープの収縮によ
つて正確なかつらベースを得ることはできないと

合成樹脂素材を塗布し、乾燥してかつらベースを
得る工程とからなる事を特徴とするかつらベース
の製造方法に係り、その目的とするところは使用
者の頭部に合致したかつらベースを容易に得るこ

板1を第1図に示すように2個の木枠2a,2b
を一側において蝶番3a,3bで開閉可能に連結
した枠4に展張保持させ、これを電熱ヒータ盤
(図示せず)上に保持させて加熱し、約3分間経
過すると乳白色が透明になつて軟化し、手の甲で
触つても熱くない位いまで冷してから枠4を両手
で持つて頭部に押し当て、冷えるまで(約7分程
度)押えておき素材が元の乳白色に戻つたならば
頭から外して第2図に示す雌型Aを得、その膨出
部にかつらベースに必要な部分に表示線5をイン

して凝結終了をまつてから乾燥機に移し、養生さ
せて石膏雄型Bを得、これを支柱6において基台
7に該基台7の上端面の半球凹部8に支柱7の端
部に形成した球体9を嵌入し、キヤツプ10で傾
斜可能に固定支持させる。基台7の下面には吸盤
11が附設されていて作業台の平面上に固定する

Claims (1)
硬化する性質を有する、厚さ2乃至4mmの、充填
剤を含まないトランス型ポリイソプレン樹脂薄板
を加熱して頭部に押し当て、冷して硬化させて雌
型を得る工程と、この雌型に室温において石膏を
充填し、発熱最高温度に達する前に雌型から外
し、次いで硬化させ、雄型を得る工程と、この雄
型面にかつらベース剤を塗布乾燥し、剥離してか
つらベースを得る事を特徴とするかつらベースの
製造法。1.
