て固定した後、前記合成樹脂溶液を塗布することにより

フィルム、例えば厚さL5■以下、一般[1jL5襲〜
10μ、好ましく1j500〜100μ程度の厚さを有
するポリエチレンフィルムを加熱して軟化させ良状態で
かぶせ、フィルムを適当に延伸しながらしわや良るみの
ない薄い状態で押し付け、あたかも表面をコーティング
したのと類似の状態とし、その後雄型の下方部分で輪ゴ
ムその他を用いてかぶせたフィルムを固定させる。かつ
らペース塗剤としての合成樹脂溶液、例えばウレタンプ
レポリマー溶液の塗布は、雄型上Kかぶせた合成樹脂フ
ィルム上Kl接行なうこともできるが、合成樹脂フィル
ム上に薄布地をしわやたるみのない状態でかぶせ、雄型
の下方部分で輪ゴムその他を用いて薄布地を固定した後
、そこにかつらペース塗剤t−m布してもよい。薄布地
としては、やはりかつらペース塗41 K対して不活性
である材質の一麹、例えばナイロンのモノフィラメント
、マルチフィラメントまたはこnらのコンジュゲートヤ
ーンなどを編成し布する際に合成樹脂フィルムをかぶせ

実施例1
トランス−1,4−ポリイソプレンシート(300×3
50x2m)を型枠に展張保持し、約80℃の熱水中で
軟化させた後適度に冷却し、両手で一部また#′i頭部
型に押し当て、冷却硬化する迄約10分間その状態を維
持した後そこからはずし、所定の頭部形状雌型を製作し

硬化に伴って発生する熱を容器中の水と熱交換させて硬
化を円滑に進行させることができ、更にその後ではその
容器を逆さに置いて、そこに石膏雄型を嵌装させ、雄型
Kかつらペース塗剤を塗布する際の作業台とすることが
