が装着されてなるフオトユニツトにおいて、前記
送、受信回路にそれぞれ分離したアース回路及び
このアース回路にそれぞれ接続するアース用の外
部リード線の接続パツドを設け、接続パツドの面
積を実質的に拡大させたことを特徴とするフオト
