No. 8-58124, etc.), and in particular, a contact dehydration sheet using a mixture of a polymeric water-absorbing agent and a hydrophilic paste as a dehydrating agent is described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-84022.

However, the dispersion of the polymeric water-absorbing agent in the resulting contact dehydration sheet is non-uniform and the quality of the product is degraded. In addition, the water-absorbing agent had to be applied to the extent that the glue lost its adhesive strength, which required a large amount of water-absorbing agent.Furthermore, the sheet was hard and did not have sufficient adhesion to the material to be dehydrated, necessitating improvement. .

て本発明を完成した。[Means and effects for solving the problems] The present inventors have conducted various studies in order to solve the above problems, and as a result, the present inventors have developed a method for solving the problems described above, without mixing the polymeric water absorbing agent and the hydrophilic thickening agent. It has been discovered that a soft contact dehydration sheet that is free of air bubbles and has good adhesion to the material to be dehydrated can be obtained by separately existing a polymeric water absorbing agent and a hydrophilic glue in the contact dehydration sheet. The invention has been completed.

It is manufactured continuously by the manufacturing method described in No. An example of manufacturing a catalytic dehydrating sheet according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 showing a cross-sectional view of an example of a catalytic dehydrating sheet according to the present invention. First, a water-permeable or water-impermeable heat-sealable sheet 1, A polymeric water absorbing agent 5 impregnated into a porous sheet material is applied on top of the material. Next, a hydrophilic thickening agent is applied onto the polymeric water-absorbing agent, and at this time, it is preferable to apply the required hydrophilic thickening agent in two doses, one at a low concentration and the other at a high concentration. When applying a low concentration hydrophilic glue 7a, a porous sheet 5a, such as paper, cloth, nonwoven paper, nonwoven fabric, etc., is impregnated with a low concentration hydrophilic glue 7a,
This porous sheet 6a is applied on top of the polymeric water absorbing agent 5,
Next, it is preferable to apply a high concentration hydrophilic paste 8IL onto the low concentration hydrophilic paste so as to cover the porous sheet material carrying the polymeric water absorbing agent. A water-permeable or water-permeable heat-sealable sheet la obtained in this manner, a polymeric water-absorbing agent 5 impregnated or sandwiched in the porous sheet, and a hydrophilic glue 8a are further layered on top of the fR layer body. A heat-sealable sheet 9& is applied, and the whole is rolled out using rolling rollers.

During this rolling degassing, the hydrophilic paste may enter between the polymeric water-absorbing agent-carrying sheet and the heat-sealable sheet 1a. The thus obtained laminate is heat-sealed and appropriately cut to obtain a contact dehydration sheet.
