追尾するようにしたトラッキング装置において、ヘッド
をトラック増方向へ偏移させるためのアクチュエータと
、該アクチュエータを偏移操作するためのドライバー回
路と、該ドライバー回路を制御するバイアス電圧を読取
り時と書込み時とでテープ速度の１／２以下の速度で変
化させる切換え信号発生器回路とからなり、該バイアス
電圧を切換えることにより読取りから書込み或は書込み
から読取りへの機能転換を図るようにしたことを特徴と
するＤＴＰサーボを用いたＰＣＭエリアデータの書換え
