Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a feed free of dissolution of nutrient components and contamination of ocean and having excellent floatability, by mixing microfibrillated cellulose powder with a water-soluble polymer, and adding the mixture to a feed as a binder. CONSTITUTION:A mixture composed of 20-95wt% microfibrillated cellulose powder and 80-5wt% water-soluble polymer is added to a mixed feed as a binder. The composition is mixed homogeneously with a powder mixer, and granulated with a meat chopper to obtain moist pellet. Since the moist pellet has moderate stickiness, there occurs no dissolution of the nutrient components and the obtained feed has excellent floatability and is applicable without causing the contamination of ocean.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention prevents ocean pollution caused by fish feed, and is a feed feed for fish farming and fish gathering that is floating and does not sink to the sea floor and has a high predation rate. Concerning feed manufacturing methods.

However, at present, marine aquaculture uses raw and frozen fish such as sardines and mackerel, which are inexpensive and abundantly available, as bait, and is administered in the form of shreds, cuts, and cubes, which prevents the leaching of nutrients from the feed. It has the disadvantage that the predation rate by fish is low because it is abundant and scattered in the water. Furthermore, recently, the sea area that can be used as aquaculture farms has been almost completely developed, and if we want to increase production, we have no choice but to increase the housing density.
The amount of fish being raised far exceeds the carrying capacity of the aquaculture fishing grounds, and the deterioration of the breeding environment increases the mortality rate, and the live bait deposited on the seabed causes self-contamination, causing red tides. It is the cause.

For this reason, fish feed (hereinafter referred to as moist pellets), which is a mixture of raw bait and powdered compounded feed and made into granules using a granulator, has recently become popular. Moist pellets are scientific feeds that combine the palatability of live feeds, moderate moisture retention, and calculated nutrients of compound feeds. The use of a binder prevents the feed from dissipating, making feeding easier. As the efficiency increases, it also has floating properties, so it is less likely to be deposited on the sea floor.
, effective in preventing water pollution. Moreover, it is convenient to handle and easy to feed. In addition, it contains vitamins, shinewol, and other nutrients! It is possible to uniformly mix raw materials, feed additives, or therapeutic drugs. Until now, the use of water-soluble polymers such as carboxylic acid, methyl cellulose, and sodium alginate as a binder for moist pellets was prohibited.
It is described in Publication No. 773.

Moist pellets using these water-soluble polymers have weak cohesive strength and salt resistance, and when administered to seawater, they shatter in a short period of time and dissipate significantly into the water, causing marine pollution due to feed. It's not good to wake up.

In addition, a method for producing fish feed using sodium alginate aqueous solution and calcium salt as the main ingredients was published in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-4.
It is listed in Section 6350. However, since sodium alginate is a natural product, its components vary depending on the production area, and its quality is unstable. Furthermore, the sol and gel forms of the combination of the two are non-uniform, resulting in high pollution in seawater, and problems regarding marine pollution remain.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to improve these problems, as a result of electrophilic studies, the present inventors have developed a mixture of microfibrillated cellulose powder and water-soluble polymer for use in the production of porridge, mackerel, etc. When used as a binder when kneading and molding a compound feed containing minced raw fish and frozen fish, fishmeal, nutrients, therapeutic drugs, etc., the granulated moist pellets exhibit extremely good extrusion workability, and the granulated moist pellets have excellent extrusion properties. It has good adhesion and moderate adhesion, leaving your skin beautiful. Furthermore, as a result of feeding moist pellets granulated with the binder of the present invention, the present inventors discovered that there was no leaching of nutrients, excellent floatability, and increased fish predation rate, which was significantly beneficial in terms of marine pollution, and completed the present invention. reached.

That is, the present invention relates to a method for producing fish feed, which is characterized by kneading and molding a mixture of microfibrillated Rhône powder and a water-soluble polymer as a binder. Here, the microfibrillated cellulose powder is obtained by beating pulp fibers with a homogenizer and then drying and pulverizing them according to a known method (for example, the method described in JP-A-59-189141). This microfibrillated SEA/El-nu powder has a diameter α0

The ratio of microfibrillated cellulose powder to water-soluble polymer is 20 to 95% for microfibrillated cellulose powder.
A mixture comprising 80 to 5% by weight of water-soluble polymer is suitable for the purpose 1c of the present invention. If the microfibril cellulose content is less than 20% by weight, the imprinting effect is weak and beautiful moist pellets cannot be obtained, and if the water-soluble polymer content is less than 5% by weight.
If it is less than that, the redispersibility of Miku CI Figuritate rululose will be poor, and the effect of the wood invention will not be obtained.

As shown in the evaluation results in Table 1, 5% microfibrillarized lullose powder and CMC-Naα5 were used as binders.
When a mixture consisting of 96 and 96 was used, the granulated moist pellets were sticky, had beautiful skin, and had good grain uniformity. Furthermore, the extrusion workability at that time was excellent. In addition, the obtained soystopeleft was administered into seawater and fed to yellowtail, but no elution into the seawater was observed and the feeding was good.
