Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow enlargement of the field of front view with a simple work by individually engaging a front transparent plate and a pair of right and left side transparent plates, holding the respective transparent plates mutually with a holding tool, filling the gap between both plates with fillers, drying the fillers, and removing the holding tool. CONSTITUTION:For production, a central frame 36 corresponding to a bonnet at the central part of a pair of right and left front posts 9 and connecting frames 21 connecting between both right and left sides of this central frame 36 and the lower end of the respective front posts 9 are provided. Then, a front transparent plate 19 is fit between the respective front posts 9 and central frame 36 and a pair of right and left transparent plates 20 are fit between the central frame 36, front posts 9, and connecting frames 21. In addition, the respective transparent plates 19 and 20 are held by a holding tool 37 so that a preset gap can be generated between the end edges of the respective transparent plates 19 and 20. Simultaneously with this, the said gap is filled with the transparent fillers 32 with elasticity and the holding tool 37 is removed following the drying of adhesives 32. As a result, the connecting member between the said respective transparent plates 19 and 20 can be removed by a simple work and the field of front view can be extended.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) If the connecting member between the upper and lower transparent plates is omitted in order to expand the field of view, various problems arise in manufacturing, such as processing of the joints between the transparent plates. It arises. For example, due to the load on the upper front transparent plate during bonding, the filled adhesive may bulge before drying, creating unevenness in the bonded area, and the transparent plates may be bonded with deviations in the thickness direction. be. Furthermore, depending on the adhesive, the bonded portion may come off due to vibration or the like.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is intended to solve the problems during manufacturing, and as a specific means for that purpose, there is a A pair of front struts 9
When manufacturing a tractor cabin equipped with a front transparent plate 19 extending between the two sides and a pair of left and right side transparent plates 20 located on both left and right sides of the bonnet 3, the central part of the pair of left and right front posts 9 corresponds to the bonnet 3. A connecting frame 22 is provided that connects the left and right sides of the central frame 36 and the lower ends of the left and right pair of front columns 9.
The front transparent plate 19 is fitted between the center frame 36 and the center frame 36, and the left and right pair of side transparent plates 20 are fitted between the center frame 36, the front support 9 and the connecting frame 21, and then these transparent plates 19 and 20 are fitted. The transparent plate 19.21 is held by a holder 37 so that a predetermined gap 31 is formed between the edges, and after drying, an elastic transparent adhesive 32 is filled in the gap 31. After drying the holder 32, the holder 37 is removed.

After the lower ends of the pair of left and right front struts 9 of the cabin body are connected by the central frame 36 and the connecting frame 21 to form a skeleton, the front struts 9, the zenith frame 12, the central frame 36, and the connecting frame 21 are provided with A continuous anti-vibration rubber 3 with an H-shaped cross section is attached to the ribs 26 to 29.
Insert 0. Next, after positioning the front glass 19 as shown in the imaginary line in FIG. It is fitted into the groove of the vibration isolating rubber 30, and the lower end edge is put into the groove of the vibration isolating rubber 30 of the central frame 36, so that the load of the front glass 19 is supported on the central frame 36 side. Next, as shown in Fig. 8, align the pair of left and right side glasses 20 with the central frame 36, front strut 9, and vibration isolating rubber 30 on the connecting frame 21 side, and press down from above (indicated by arrow B). Side glass 20
Fit the left and right side edges and the lower end edge into the groove of the vibration isolating rubber 30.

In this case, the side glass 20 has an inverted trapezoidal shape and is pushed into the vibration isolating rubber 30, so that it receives a reaction force in an upward pushing direction. Therefore, it is appropriate that the inclination angles α and β of both side edges of the side glass 20 are approximately 5 to 6 degrees as shown in FIG. The holder 37 is equipped with a pair of suction cups 39 with a diaphragm 38 and a turnbuckle 41 in the middle of a connecting rod 40 that connects the pair of suction cups 39. By operating the suction cup 39, the suction cup 39 can be attached to and released from glass or the like. Therefore, each suction cup 39 is suctioned to the front glass 19 and the side glass 20, and the turnbuckle 41 of the connecting rod 40 is
The gap 31 is adjusted by adjusting the expansion and contraction of. Then, the gap 31 is filled with a transparent adhesive 32, and the upper and lower front glass 19 and side glass 20 are bonded and integrated with this. The adhesive 32 used in this case may have elasticity and transparency after drying. The adhesive 32 is a -component type, acetic acid type silicone adhesive, for example, manufactured by Three Bond Co., Ltd. under the trade name PANDO524A.
An adhesive having transparency, adhesive strength, weather resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and elongation of about 500% is suitable.

When filling the gap 32 with the adhesive 32, if the gap 31 is set to about the thickness of the glass plate, filling the gap 32 with the adhesive 32 will be easier than if it is narrow, and will not require a patch plate or the like if it is too wide. , workability is very good. Also, adhesive 32
When filled, a portion of the left and right ends enters into the groove of the vibration isolating rubber 30 as shown in FIG. 11, for example, so that it becomes difficult to come off after drying. When the adhesive 32 dries, the front glass 19 and the pair of left and right side glasses 20 are bonded to each other and become a single piece, so airtightness is obtained like a single sheet of glass, and the bonded portion is transparent. Since the thickness of the glass on the top is about T, when viewed from the driver's seat 32a,
Distortion at the bonded area is hardly a problem, and a sufficient field of view can be secured.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, after the front transparent plate and the pair of left and right side transparent plates are fitted, the transparent plate is inserted so that a predetermined gap is formed between the edges of the front transparent plate and the side transparent plates. The plates are held together with a holder, the gap between them is filled with adhesive, and the holder is removed after the adhesive dries, so the transparent plates can be bonded securely and the adhesive will not bulge. There are few irregularities caused by the process, and uniform adhesion is possible. Also, since a transparent adhesive is used that has elasticity after drying, the field of view is not restricted by the bonded area, and the bonded area can be easily bonded by vibration after drying. It never comes off.
