The front glass 19 has a trapezoidal shape with straight upper and lower edges. The side glass 20 is fitted into a portion surrounded by a pair of left and right front struts 9 and a zenith frame 12.The side glass 20 has an inverted trapezoidal shape that is narrower at the bottom, and has a center frame 36, a front strut 9, and a connecting frame 21. It is fitted into the part surrounded by the front glass 19. And between the lower end of the front glass 19 and the upper end of the side glass 20, there is a sixth
As shown in the figure, a gap 31 approximately equal to the plate thickness T of these glasses 19 and 20 is provided, and the gap 31 is filled with a transparent adhesive 32 having elasticity as a filler after curing. , whereby the upper and lower glasses 19 and 20 are bonded and integrated. Although the front glass 19 is curved so as to protrude forward as shown in FIG. 7, it may be in the shape of a flat plate.

0 groove, and the load of the front glass 19 is transferred to the center frame 36.
Support it on the side. Next, as shown in FIG.
While aligning with one example of the vibration isolating rubber 30, push down from above to the bottom (arrow B) to fit the left and right side edges and lower end edge of this side glass 20 into the groove of the vibration isolating rubber 30. In this case, the side glass 20 has an inverted trapezoidal shape and is pushed into the vibration isolating rubber 30, so that it receives a reaction force in an upward pushing direction. Therefore, it is appropriate that the inclination angles α and β of both side edges of the side glass 20 are approximately 5 to 6 degrees as shown in FIG. Can be bonded without stress,
Improves durability.

By operating the suction cup 39, the suction cup 39 can be attached to and released from glass or the like. Therefore, each suction cup 39 is suctioned to the front glass 19 and the side glass 20, and the turnbuckle 41 of the connecting rod 40 is
The gap 31 is adjusted by adjusting the expansion and contraction of. Then, the gap 31 is filled with a transparent adhesive 32, and the upper and lower front glass 19 and side glass 20 are bonded and integrated with this. The adhesive 32 used in this case may have elasticity and transparency after drying. The adhesive 32 is a -component type acetic acid type silicone adhesive, for example, manufactured by Three Bond Co., Ltd. under the trade name PANDO524A.
An adhesive having transparency, adhesive strength, weather resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and elongation of about 500% is suitable.

If the width is set to a certain extent, it is easier to fill the adhesive 32 than if it is too narrow, and it does not require a patch plate or the like compared to if it is too wide, resulting in very good workability. Also, adhesive 32
When filled, a portion of the left and right ends enters into the groove of the vibration isolating rubber 30 as shown in FIG. 11, for example, so that it becomes difficult to come off after drying. When the adhesive 32 hardens, the front glass 19 and the pair of left and right side glasses 20 are bonded to each other and become a single piece, so airtightness is obtained like a single sheet of glass, and the bonded portion is transparent. Since the thickness of the glass on the top is about T, when viewed from the driver's seat 32a,
Distortion at the bonded area is hardly a problem, and a sufficient field of view can be secured.

Unlike the conventional method, there is no need for a horizontal connecting member below the front transparent plate, and a sufficient field of view can be secured in this area. In addition, when the king of transparent plates is made into an integrated structure, if it is glass, it is difficult to cut it according to the shape, which significantly reduces the yield and increases the cost. However, according to the present invention, the three-part transparent plate Since each plate can be cut out separately, costs can be reduced while providing a wider field of view. Further, since the filler has elasticity and each transparent plate is supported separately from below, the transparent plates are not strained and damage to the transparent plates can be prevented.
