Claims (1)
- 前段の圧縮機からの吐出ガスを中間冷却器によ
り冷却した後、次段の圧縮機の吸込側に送る多段
形ガス圧縮機において、最終段圧縮機の吐出側よ
り分岐し、第１バイパス弁を介していずれかの中
間冷却器のガス入口側に至る第１バイパスライン
と、当該中間冷却器のガス出口側より分岐し、第
２バイパス弁を介して初段圧縮機の吸込側に至る
第２パイパスラインとを有するとともに、当該中
間冷却器のガス出口側に設けた圧力検出器からの
信号に基づいて開閉する圧力制御弁を前記第２バ
イパス弁に並設して設ける一方、当該中間冷却器
のガス出口側に設けた温度検出器からの信号に基
づいて冷却流体の流量を制御する流量制御弁を当
該中間冷却器の冷却流体入口側に設けたことを特
徴とする多段形ガス圧縮機。
