This natural oil sand is earth and sand containing heavy oil that is naturally produced near oil wells in the Akita and Niigata regions, which are oil fields in Japan. Masa soil from the Kansai region is mixed and laid and compacted on the target ground to obtain sports courts such as tennis courts that have the above functions.

The above-mentioned organic complex is a substance produced by the reaction of clay minerals and heavy oil, and the presence of this organic complex gives paving soil easy solidification, the necessary hardness, and repellency. It brings water-based properties.

First, heavy oil such as oil sludge deposited in an oil tank is mixed with earth and sand containing clay minerals to form an organic complex, and cement and a cement-based solidifying agent are added to this mixture. Water is added to the clay and mixed with a mortar mixer, pigments such as metal oxides are added to the clay, and if necessary, clay material is added and mixed again to form a solidified material. This training period is 3 in the summer.

(adjust the length depending on the temperature). This semi-solidified material is roughly crushed using a crushing press, then crushed using a crusher, and then sieved with 5-self-restraint, and coarse particles are crushed again and the bottom of the sieve is replaced with the above-mentioned natural oil sand. Use artificial paving soil.

修復することが出来る利点もある。The tennis court obtained in this way has a firm surface and good tennis playing conditions even though it is an earthen court, and since it is an earthen court it has an appropriate amount of slippage.
It is less likely to hurt the players' legs and back, and since it contains oil, it drains from the surface when it rains and dries quickly, making it an all-weather court, making it more efficient to use. There is little difference in the degree of color when wet and dry, and the red and green colors that are particularly popular for tennis courts are stable because they are made of metal oxides such as gray and chromium oxide. In addition, since the moisture content is low, there is no risk of damage due to frost pillars, and a good coat is created that does not allow weeds to grow. In addition, as mentioned above (in construction, it is possible to create an artificial substitute for natural oil sand, which saves transportation costs, and oil sludge from heavy oil tanks that require waste acid can be used as an effective raw material. It is also effective from the viewpoint of protection, and its use is wide, not only for tennis courts with candles but also for various sports courts, sidewalks in parks, outdoor areas of ordinary households, etc.
In addition, after compacting the ground, it can be easily repaired by scraping up the parts that have worn out, adding new paving soil with the above-mentioned composition, and drying it again, as it will harden easily. There are some advantages to doing so.
